Shipping and Delivery Status

How will I know whether my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email order confirmation after placing an order to confirm your order was received. Once your order ships, you will receive an email shipment confirmation which will include a link to tracking.

How can I check on my order's delivery status?

In the Account section, your will see your complete order history. Click the ‘track’ link next to each order number to see tracking details. This link is also included in your email shipment confirmation.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

If you ordered an item that displayed as in-stock, your order will ship the same or next business day. Allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery. If you ordered an item that is produced on-demand, allow up to 10 business days plus 1 to 5 days transit time for your order to ship.

What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

It is your responsibility to cover the shipping and handling costs when you wish to have a second delivery attempt after the order is returned to Us.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments, or freight damaged by the freight carriers after your order has been accepted by the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. No Refunds

We do not offer any refunds to you for any orders shipping outside of the United States. All orders are final and you assume all risk from the time that your order is accepted by the carrier.
