Merchandise must be returned in new condition, with tags still attached. Customers will be responsible for return shipping, unless the return is related to a manufacturing defect or error. Should a package fail to reach our warehouse, we cannot assume responsibility for reimbursing the cost of the items. Therefore, we strongly advise utilizing a dependable shipping method that includes tracking information.
Please note that some items are produced on-demand, which is noted in the item's description. We do not maintain inventory of these items therefore we cannot accept returns unless your item is defective or damaged.
