How do I redeem my digital gift code for the eXp Brand Store?

Your digital gift code will be included in your email order confirmation. To redeem your gift code, enter the code on the Gift Code tab located on the payment tab during checkout.

Why is it asking for an address when I’m trying to purchase a digital gift card?

The system automatically requests an address with every purchase. It will not be used in the purchase. The gift code will be emailed to the recipient.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your items and will accept returns for unused items. If you’re looking to return an item, please send it to the address below and we will provide a refund upon receipt of the items. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping, unless the return is related to a manufacturer's defect or error.

What is the primary shipping method utilized by the eXp Brand Store? Do you offer express shipping options?

USPS and FedEx Ground ship FREE and are the primary shipping methods. Transit times are typically 2-5 business days. You may choose to expedite your shipping at an added cost using FedEx 2-day or FedEx Overnight.

What is the average turnaround time for an order to be processed?

Orders for in-stock items submitted by 3:00 PM ET ship same business day. Orders submitted after 3:00 PM ET will ship the following business day.

How are shipping prices calculated?

USPS and FedEx Ground ship FREE. Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the product and ZIP code of the destination for expedited shipping.
